POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager role comprises 80% sales and 20% staff management and studio operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and participation in lead generation activities including grassroots marketing, outreach events, networking, and partnership development
• Help recruit, train, and nurture sales team. Supervise sales associates and manage staff schedules
• Create and implement a sales strategy and process for all revenue streams including sales and rebuttal scripts for calls, email, and in person to drive membership sales and retention
• Daily sales training and weekly staff meetings
• High focus on member success and retention activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding personal and studio sales goal
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• Strong attention to detail, accurate, dedicated, and trustworthy
• Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude a must for this position. This is your studio!
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
